Andrew Fusek Peters

Biography  

 Andrew Fusek Peters is an experienced schools visitor and children’s author with over 65 books published worldwide. His books include the fast-paced thriller series Skateboard Detectives and also the exciting Shropshire-based adventures Roar! Bull! Roar! and Falcon’s Fury. His poetry collections include Mad, Bad and Dangerously Haddock for KS1-2 and for teenagers, Poems With Attitude’. His poems also appear on the Poetry Archive, www.poetry-archive.org

 

Event synopsis

An entertaining, interactive performance suitable for children aged 5 to 13. The session combines entertaining and thought-provoking poems, didgeridoo playing, skateboarding, juggling and interactive staged readings of his fiction.

As well as performances he can offer poetry/fiction workshops with smaller groups of keen writers (KS2) - preferred maximum group size 20 pupils but this is negotiable.

Ideal audience size: Up to 300 – the bigger the better!!!!!
