Booking Information

IN PERSON: The Box Office at Theatre Severn opens daily (Mon-Sat) at 10am and has a full booking service. On performance days the Box Office will remain open until 15 minutes after the advertised start of performance. On Sundays and public holidays the Box Office opens one hour before the first performance.  It is also possible to book tickets for Theatre Severn performances at The Old Market Hall in The Square, Shrewsbury from 10am to 15 minutes after the last performance each day. 

BY TELEPHONE: Call the Box Office on 01743 281281 during opening hours until 7.30pm or 30 minutes before the last performance, whichever is earlier, for instantly confirmed credit card bookings. Visa / Mastercard /Maestro / Delta accepted. Tickets will be sent out by 2nd class post for a charge of 50p. Tickets purchased for events less than seven days away will be retained at the Theatre Severn Box Office for collection.
