Kipper’s 18th Birthday
The hugely popular cuddly dog, Kipper, attracted an overwhelming number of young fans who came to wish him a happy 18th birthday at the Darwin Centre on Bank Holiday Monday. There were craft activities, balloons
and storytelling for all the children, with an opportunity to
